How to compose
The studio will not save a muddy brief. Decide what the hour is for, then let every layer serve that, or be quiet.
Pick a neighborhood, not a buffet
Sleep: nidra or permissive hypnosis, extended-exhale for a few minutes then free breath, binaural ramp theta to delta, brown noise, no count-up.
Focus: few words, box or coherent breath, isochronic beta or high alpha, no headphones required if you choose isochronic, clean stop.
Change work (confidence, habit, enoughness): Ericksonian language, well-formed outcome, ecology, future-pace, theta binaural, emergence that orients them to the room.
Calm: breath is the product. Alpha. Almost no script after the first minute.
Do not stack hypnosis plus metta plus Wim Hof plus gamma plus 528. That is five products in a trench coat.
Time
Opening 8%. Induction 15–22%. Deepener 8–12%. Work the rest, with silence inside it. Integration 10%. Emergence 8–12%, unless sleep, in which case fade.
Speaking rate around 110–130 words per minute for inner work, a touch faster for focus. If a block is 90 seconds and 220 words, you will clip. The builder pads silence on purpose. Keep it.
The listener’s body
First twenty seconds: posture, when to stop, not medical care, headphones if binaural. Last forty seconds: orientation to the room, or permission to stay under. In between, one sensory channel at a time is enough. If you name vision, sound, and viscera in every sentence, there is nowhere to land.
